Job summary

Food Lion in Battleboro, NC is seeking a store team member to provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Center Store (Grocery) Department. You will maintain standards per the standard practice manual, maximize sales, and minimize shrink through proper procedures.

You will work with associates to keep shelves stocked, follow plan-o-grams, operate cash registers, and comply with safety guidelines. High school diploma preferred; excellent communication skills essential.

• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Adhere to Food Lion safety guidelines and dress code.
• Report all accidents and comply with procedures.
