Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Maintain shelf conditions and backroom inventory per standard practice.
• Ensure proper plan-o-grams and shelf allocations are followed.
• Manage back stock and item placement as new items arrive.
• Follow policies for ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying merchandise.
• Use company tools like ACIS and CAO to support operations.
• Adhere to company guidelines, policies and standard practice.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents per established procedures to the Manager on Duty.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Wear Food Lion uniform and name badge with neat appearance.
• Complete CBT, Training Packet and Training Aid courses.
