Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a reliable team member to provide quality customer service in the Center Store department. You will help maintain shelves, follow plan-o-grams, and ensure accurate backroom inventory to maximize sales while minimizing shrink.

You will work with store associates, adhere to safety guidelines, and complete CBT and training packets as required for ongoing development and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and meet technical requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, accurate service.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Manage shelf conditions and ensure plan-o-grams are followed.
• Maintain backroom inventory and stock levels.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.
• Operate common store systems and tools as needed (ACIS, CAO).
