Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Maintain Specialty Merchandise levels according to plan-o-grams and backroom inventory.
• Ensure proper shelf conditions and back stock management.
• Follow policies for ordering, receiving, preparation, and displaying merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents per procedures to the Manager on Duty.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge, neat appearance, and dress code compliance.
