Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations to ensure quality and service.
• Supervise, train, and schedule food service staff.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Track costs, manage waste, and assist budgeting and reporting.
• Address customer feedback promptly and professionally.

• Supervise, train, and schedule food service staff to maintain optimal performance
• Monitor food inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
• Manage food preparation, presentation, and service standards
• Track food costs, control waste, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any food service-related concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food service management or a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Must be ServSafe Certified
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or hospitality degree preferred
