SERVE Hospitality Group is hiring for an Assistant General Manager at Tropical Smoothie Café in Michigan. You will partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, overseeing service quality, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness while supporting scheduling, hiring, and training to maintain guest satisfaction and profitability.

• Promote an upbeat, hospitality-first culture.

About the Role
