SERVE Hospitality Group is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Wisconsin Delavan area location. You will partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and ensure outstanding guest experiences—keeping the cafe at its best daily.

Ideal candidates are hospitality-driven leaders with strong communication, decision-making, and coaching skills, flexible scheduling, and prior restaurant leadership experience in fast casual.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-driven leader with hands-on approach.
• Excellent communicator with guests and team members.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends.
• Previous restaurant leadership in QSR or fast casual (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach, motivate, and support team on each shift.
• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while resolving guest concerns.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are met.
• Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures with accuracy.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Support labor management, inventory control, and waste reduction.
• Partner with GM on sales initiatives, cost control, and shift readiness.
• Promote a hospitable culture where teams feel supported.
