Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Specialty Sales Representative to drive launch success for our cardiometabolic portfolio. You will develop data-driven territory plans, activate prescribers, and navigate complex healthcare networks to drive durable uptake.

Travel and regional meetings will be part of the role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma sales, with a track record launching therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with specialty or cardiovascular therapies.
• Proven track record launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand goals.
• Drive prescriber activation and clinical engagement with cardiologists and specialists.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and IDNs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align territory execution with strategy.
• Document field activity and manage CRM reporting with accuracy.
