Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to drive the launch and growth of cardiometabolic therapies in the Augusta area. You will activate prescribers, articulate complex clinical data, and differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive landscape.

The role requires strong field leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with Market Access and Patient Services to ensure sustained therapy adoption across IDNs. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience with IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy.
• Analyze prescribing trends, access landscape and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage budget including speaker programs and promotional initiatives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access across accounts.
