Job summary

Artisan Design Group – or ADG – is seeking an Installation Coordinator in the Specialties division to oversee the accurate installation of products. This in-office role requires collaborating with builders and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely project execution.

You will coordinate schedules, maintain installation documentation using Acrobat, Excel and Dropbox, and support payroll with subcontractor records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a coordination or supervisory role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Dropbox, and general office software.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation coordination and ensure quality.
• Serve as the main point of contact for builders and coordinate communication.
• Coordinate installation schedules with team, subcontractors, and builders.
• Maintain installation-related documentation using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and Dropbox.
• Collaborate with all division departments to facilitate proper installation.
• Address challenges in the installation process and streamline communications.
• Support payroll with subcontractor documentation.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
