Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking Specialized Travel Consultants to book travel for corporate clients. You’ll work from home in a high-touch service role, arranging domestic and international travel across air, rail, and accommodations while using Sabre GDS. You’ll provide proactive advice to meet clients’ needs and travel policies.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in travel, strong client service, and excellent communication skills. The role supports 24/7 operations with various shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of travel experience, preferably business travel, with fare and ticketing knowledge.
• Strong client service mindset and proactive needs anticipation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers, individuals and groups.
• Book domestic and international travel in air, rail, and hotels; ensure policy adherence.
• Utilize Sabre GDS to issue and modify itineraries; communicate via phone, chat, and email.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet client goals and KPIs.

We are looking to fill positions that are Days, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.LocationUnited StatesThe US national base salary range for this position is from$46,200.00 - $85,800.00The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.
