EcoShield Pest Solutions in Portage, IN is hiring an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You’ll combine hands-on service with strong customer care to ensure safe, effective results and thorough documentation.

The role requires 1+ years in customer service, basic mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required; mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history (essential to operate company vehicle).
• State-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services (termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services).
• Complete initial indoor/outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers; address questions and concerns.
• Follow scheduled routes; coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safety and effectiveness.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to standards.
