Your Mission

• Manage lifecycle processes from pre-onboarding through offboarding in close partnership with Talent (“HR”) Business Partners.
• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll with external vendors for respective countries.
• Handle employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, offboarding, employee transfer, contract creation and management, employee profile management, etc.
• Support regular mobility activities, including work permit applications, renewals, and relocation issues.
• Serve as a key admin user in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and proper records.
• Take ownership of employee benefit activities (e.g., insurance, health checks) and projects.
• Evaluate, drive, and implement process, guideline, and workflow optimizations, always seeking automation and improvements.
• Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects aimed at operational excellence and delivering a seamless talent experience.
• Support logistics and organization of local activities such as trainings, townhalls, and offsites upon request.

Your story

• 2-6 years of experience in Payroll or HR Shared Services.
• Solid experience working with processes, data, and systems; Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Good understanding of business processes and their impact across functions.
• Ability to use process and structure as enablers of innovation.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys thinking outside the box.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to project scope changes while meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
