Your Mission

• Manage lifecycle processes from pre-onboarding through offboarding in close partnership with Talent (“HR”) Business Partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll with external vendors for respective countries.
• Handle employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contract creation and management, and employee profile management.
• Support mobility activities such as work permit applications, renewals, and relocation issues.
• Maintain data accuracy in the HR system as a key admin user.
• Manage employee benefit activities (insurance, health checks, etc.) and related projects.
• Evaluate and implement process, guideline, and workflow optimizations, focusing on automation and improvement opportunities.
• Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects aimed at operational excellence and seamless talent experience.
• Support logistics and organization of local activities like trainings, townhalls, and offsites upon request.

Your story

• 2-6 years of experience in Payroll or HR Shared Services.
• Solid experience with processes, data, and systems; Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Good understanding of business processes and their impact on various functions.
• Ability to leverage process and structure as enablers of innovation.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys thinking outside the box.
• Service-minded with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to project scope changes while meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
