None/Not RequiredAs a Talent Acquisition Advisor supporting the Avionics strategic business unit, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within the organization. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and the broader talent acquisition team to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
What You Will Do:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer acceptance.
Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand current and future talent needs.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top digital talent (including passive candidates).
Utilize tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM platforms to manage candidate pipelines.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
Provides recommendations to improve interviewing and recruiting efficiency.
Serves as the subject matter expert for hiring managers to evaluate, develop, and refine sourcing and recruitment strategies
Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring teams; manage the offer process, including compensation discussions and pre-employment activities.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, employment laws, and OFCCP regulations.
Contribute to initiatives within tech talent communities.
Use data and analytics to optimize recruiting strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
3+ years of experience recruiting for a wide variety of skillsets (e.g., engineers, professional, hourly).
Experience screening and evaluating candidates
Experience with Workday ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Yello, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirevue, etc).
Experience working within and enforcing OFCCP hiring guidelines and practices.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Previous recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated industry.
Experience working in a large matrixed organization.
Sourcing experience and ability to engage passive candidates.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
