What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with onboarding future employees by completing reference checks and monitoring background checks
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to resolve requests
- Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators related to productivity and accuracy
- Ensure proper records retention and maintenance of confidential candidate and employee files
- Develop a general understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and escalate issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, or 6 months recent experience in an HR-related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
