Job Title: Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics

Location: SMW, NJ (Tues, Wed, Thu on-site)

Work Schedule: 40 hours a week

Purpose and Scope:

The Site Account Specialist will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for manufacturing autologous cellular immunotherapy products. They will serve as the main point of contact for patient scheduling at the treatment center.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary scheduling contact for treatment sites.
  • Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with treatment and manufacturing sites.
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop plans for the patient journey.
  • Interact with stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage exception processes like product returns and replacements.
  • Input and maintain data in scheduling systems.
  • Train treatment sites on scheduling processes.
  • Document feedback and create master data records.
  • Participate in meetings and support daily operations.
  • Lead meetings with commercial teams and escalate issues as needed.
  • Track account health and provide insights.
  • Follow SOPs and establish trusted relationships with teams and sites.
  • Perform project and working group tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of work experience.
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, patient services, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently or in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and work in structured environments.
