Responsibilities

• 
  

  Serve as the primary scheduling point of contact for assigned treatment centers

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate and manage patient schedules for cellular immunotherapy manufacturing

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain master data in scheduling and account management systems

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with internal/external stakeholders via phone and email

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot scheduling or logistics issues and escalate as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Support exception processes (returns, replacements, out-of-spec product)

  
  


• 
  

  Lead or participate in daily meetings, shift turnovers, and cross-functional syncs

  Train treatment centers on scheduling processes

  
  


• 
  

  Document customer feedback and track account health trends

  
  

Requirements

  Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience
