Job Title: Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics
Location: Summit, NJ
Hours/Schedule: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $35-39/hour
Type: Contract

Overview

Joule has an opportunity with a leading Biopharma company is seeking a Specialist in Scheduling and Cell Logistics to support its cutting-edge cellular immunotherapy operations. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, SOP-driven environment, this is an exciting opportunity to support patients through groundbreaking treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary scheduling point of contact for assigned treatment centers

  • Coordinate and manage patient schedules for cellular immunotherapy manufacturing

  • Maintain master data in scheduling and account management systems

  • Communicate with internal/external stakeholders via phone and email

  • Troubleshoot scheduling or logistics issues and escalate as needed

  • Support exception processes (returns, replacements, out-of-spec product)

  • Lead or participate in daily meetings, shift turnovers, and cross-functional syncs

  • Train treatment centers on scheduling processes

  • Document customer feedback and track account health trends

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience

  • 1–3 years in customer service, call center, patient support, logistics, or account management

  • Experience working in highly structured, SOP-driven environments

  • Ability to de-escalate situations and maintain professionalism

  • Biopharma and/or project management experience a plus
