• Experience using Power BI, designing workflows in ServiceNow GRC and working with Microsoft Purview – Information Protection/Governance modules or other data visualization or workflow tools, highly desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview capabilities such as Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, sensitivity labels, sensitive information types, trainable classifiers, Content Search, and Endpoint DLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Firm’s global data governance and information risk operations under the Information Privacy Manager.
• Provides operational support for data governance workflows, monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Handles processes related to data loss events and collaborates with stakeholders.
• Interacts regularly with information governance team members, technical staff, process owners, and project managers.

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Information Governance Risk Specialist supports the Firm’s global data governance and information risk operations under the direct management of the Information Privacy Manager. The Specialist’s responsibilities include operational support for data governance workflows, monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution, including processes related to data loss events. The Specialist also demonstrates success in teamwork, effective communication, and following documented processes to accomplish goals. The Specialist interacts regularly with information governance team members, technical staff, process owners, and project managers.

Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $75,000 to $85,000.
