Jones Day in Cleveland seeks an Information Governance Operations Analyst to help refine methodologies, procedures and controls for information lifecycle management, and to support a global information governance program.

The role collaborates with records personnel, Technology Support Services and the Information Governance group to ensure data integrity, compliant procedures, and effective reporting on KPIs. Requires experience with electronic records and governance tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in information management.
• Minimum of five years of information management experience in a law firm.
• Experience with records management software and data management solutions such as Filetrail, IRM, Intapp, iManage, Prosperoware, RBRO.

Responsabilités

• Develop recommendations to refine methodologies, procedures, processes and controls for data retention and lifecycle management.
• Support building a global information governance program and implement software/tools for that program.
• Collaborate with local office records personnel, Technology Support Services, and other Information Governance team members.
