Finom seeks an experienced Payment Operations professional to own core payment processes, including recalls, investigations, and refunds. You will manage the T2 platform, maintain CRDM reference data, and implement four-eyes controls.

• 2–3+ years of payment operations experience at a bank, EMI, or PSP.
• Familiarity with investigations, recalls, returns, and SWIFT / ISO 20022 messaging.
• Experience writing SOPs and controls, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working with regulators, partners, and technical teams.
• Able to make sign‑off and escalation decisions with support from the team.

• Manage T2 platform day to day, maintain reference data and four-eyes controls.
• Coordinate migration from BNP Paribas to direct participation and ensure traceability by BIC/path.
• Link Payment Operations with reconciliation, funding and defunding decisions.
• Build incident processes around DNB, FIS, and TARGET escalation routes; define contingency approach.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to specify platform behavior and ensure customer impact is avoided.

Finom provides an all-in-one financial B2B platform for entrepreneurs, integrating banking, accounting, financial management, and invoicing. Its platform also offers AI-enabled accounting and other features designed to simplify financial management.

• Own core payment processes, including SCT and SCT Inst recalls, investigations, SWIFT enquiries, missing or incoming funds, rejects, returns, and refunds
• Run the T2 platform day to day, maintain CRDM reference data, and set up four-eyes controls and the manual-versus-automated split
• Manage the migration from BNP Paribas to direct participation, ensure every payment is traceable by BIC and path, and define when BNPP-dependent steps can be retired
• Link Payment Operations with the reconciliation team; funding and defunding remain with Finance Operations and Treasury
• Build incident processes around DNB, FIS, and TARGET escalation routes, own Payment Operations’ role in DNB reporting, and define the ECONS II contingency approach
• Coordinate with the Eurosystem, DNB, SWIFT/NEXI, FIS, and correspondent banks; partner with Product and Engineering to specify platform behavior
• Ensure direct-participation processes have owners, documented procedures, and passing UAT evidence
• Ensure the migration has no customer impact and provide Customer Support with clear guidance
• Run T2 as stable business-as-usual after go-live, with no remaining BNPP operational dependency
• Hands-on experience with T2 / TARGET Services (RTGS, TIPS), including GUI and U2A/A2A actions
• 2–3+ Years of payment operations experience at a bank, EMI, or PSP
• Familiarity with investigations, recalls, returns, and SWIFT / ISO 20022 messaging
• Experience writing SOPs and controls, or the ability to learn quickly
• Comfortable working with regulators, partners, and technical teams
• Able to make sign-off and escalation decisions with support from the team
