TechDigital Group seeks an experienced professional for a data governance and payment analytics role in Jersey City, NJ. You will define business, financial, and operations requirements, collaborating with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to ensure alignment with ISO20022 and SWIFT standards.

The role involves gathering requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and supporting modern payment ecosystems.

Formación

• 5+ years of banking/financial services experience, preferably in payments.
• Experience in data management processes, data catalogs, data quality and lineage tools.
• Strong knowledge of ISO20022 and SWIFT standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define business, financial, and operations requirements with decision makers.
• Gather requirements and translate to technical/functional solutions.
• Document User Stories and ICDs in JIRA.
• Work with Scrum Masters and RTEs for day-to-day execution of initiatives.
• Provide solution walkthroughs to partners and CQE teams.
• Support migration of legacy payment systems.

• #1 relevant experience as business DATA analysis, business analysis or system analysis.
• #2 experience in data governance data management or related roles including support of data standards/policies.
• #3 at least 5 plus years of experience in banking and financial services industry preferably payments
• #4 experience with data management processes tools and applications including data cataloging process mapping handling data quality issues and lineage tool sets.
• #5 experience in data profiling and writing SQL queries.
• #6 ability to communicate both verbal and written in a clear confident with wide variety of stakeholders at different levels.

Job Description

• Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of working on industry standards like ISO20022, SWIFT etc.
• Proficient in gathering the business requirements and converting those into technical & functional solutions
• Deep understanding of multiple payment ecosystems (UPI, US RTP, FedNow, SEPA Interac etc), regional payment practices and emerging solutions
• Solid understanding of trends in payment industry such as Mobile Banking, Digital Wallets, Tokenization
• Successfully completed projects involving digital transformation and migration of legacy payment systems
• Define & document User Stories, ICDs in JIRA under appropriate epic
• Provide solution, story & ICD walkthrough to partners, Engineering Managers and CQE teams
• Work with Scrum Masters & RTEs for day to day execution of initiative via a scrum team
