Job summary

Finom is seeking a payments operations professional to own and document T2 processes, validate changes in UAT, and serve as the operational contact for T2 scheme, DNB, and partner banks. You will manage recalls, investigations, SWIFT inquiries, and the migration from BNP Paribas to direct participation.

You will ensure clear ownership, robust procedures, and no customer impact during migration, with stable business as usual after go-live.

Qualifications

• Own recalls, investigations, SWIFT enquiries, rejects, returns, and refunds.
• Run T2 daily, maintain CRDM data, and set up four-eyes controls.
• Manage migration from BNP Paribas to direct participation.

Responsibilities

• Processes have owners, documented procedures, and passing UAT evidence.
• No customer impact during migration and stable BAU after go-live.
