Title:

Specialist, Government Pricing

Company Overview

KBR is investing in its Pricing Team supporting the Government Solutions business, recognizing the importance of a strong team in driving revenue through business development, capture, and operations. We are seeking experienced Pricing Professionals to contribute analysis and recommendations for informed decision-making and increased contract wins. This position is eligible for remote or telework.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage cost proposals generally valued up to $30M.
2. Apply knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, and financial analysis to complex business problems.
3. Develop government price proposals and strategies.
4. Present price assumptions, financial summaries, cash flow analyses, and risk assessments to senior leadership prior to proposal submissions.
5. Prepare reports and analyses as required.
6. Provide strategic guidance on proposal efforts.
7. Solve problems in straightforward situations using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
8. Provide guidance to junior pricing analysts.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
10. Travel may be required.

Experience and Education

Requires comprehensive knowledge of government pricing practices, regulations, and procedures, along with advanced business acumen. Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team are essential. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of direct government pricing experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $69,510 - $104,265. Compensation will be based on experience and internal parity. Benefits include 401K with match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending, disability, paid time off, and flexible work schedules.
