Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products. Stay proactively updated on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Support your store peers by sharing knowledge about Apple's offerings and assisting in providing ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn. Uphold Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend scheduled work, in line with local laws and accommodations.

  • Knowledge of Apple products and services.
  • Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate effectively.

Pay & Benefits

Apple offers a compensation package with base pay within a range, dependent on skills, experience, and location. Employees can participate in stock programs, purchase stock at a discount, and receive benefits such as medical, dental, retirement, discounts, educational reimbursement, bonuses, or relocation assistance.
