Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products. Stay proactively updated on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge about Apple's offerings and assisting in providing ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in various store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Availability to work based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend scheduled shifts, in accordance with local laws and accommodations.
