Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products. Stay proactively updated on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge about Apple's offerings and assisting in providing ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.

Minimum Qualifications

You should have availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and any approved accommodations.
