Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchase options. Stay proactively updated on Apple's products, services, and sales processes. Support your colleagues by sharing knowledge about Apple’s offerings and assisting in providing ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy, follow guidance, and perform additional tasks such as customer support across the store. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend scheduled work in accordance with local laws and accommodations.

  • Knowledge of Apple products and services.
  • Ability to personalize solutions and communicate effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple customers.
