BNY Mellon is seeking a Specialist, Client Processing II for the Loans Enablement Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. You’ll perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support, and help deliver analytics and reporting to improve processing systems.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of total work experience, with prior syndicated loan exposure and familiarity with loans servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA; brokerage processing is a plus.

• Brokerage processing experience preferred.
• Licenses or certifications as required by the business.
• Prior loan operations experience in financial services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

We?re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing II to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you?ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Provide analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
• Advise organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions.

To be successful in this role, we?re seeking the following:

• Bachelor?s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• ++Prior hands-on syndicated loan experience, familiarity with loans servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA preferred++
• Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
• Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
• Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications
