Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking an Automation & Controls Sr. Specialist to join the Cheyenne Power Hub Project Engineering Team. You will review contractor work and provide technical guidance to assure the capital project.

The role focuses on DCS, FGS design and process control for power generation and transmission facilities, with responsibilities to produce and review PFDs, interlock diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams, instrument data sheets, and P&IDs.

Job description

Primary purpose:

The Automation & Controls Sr. Specialist will be part of the Cheyenne Power Hub Project Engineering Team, which is responsible for reviewing technical work done by the contractor(s) and providing technical guidance and assurance for the capital project.

He/she will be responsible for DCS, FGS design and process control of power generation and transmission facilities. He/ She will produce/ review PFDs, interlock diagrams, cause and effect diagrams, instrument data sheets and P&IDs.
