Job summary

The role involves FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, documentation, and cybersecurity best practices, with travel to customer sites for commissioning and startup.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with industrial automation and process control systems.
• Hands-on with DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA.
• Experience programming, configuring, and troubleshooting PLC platforms.
• Knowledge of Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC protocols.
• Ability to read P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control narratives.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC/NEC cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and commission industrial automation and control systems.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications.
• Configure and support DCS platforms for process control.
• Perform FAT, SAT, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Develop control narratives and system documentation.
• Troubleshoot control system issues and networks.
• Integrate PLC, DCS, SCADA, historians, and third-party systems.
• Support cybersecurity, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with process, electrical, instrumentation, and operations personnel.
• Provide technical support during project execution and plant startup.
• Travel to customer sites for commissioning and troubleshooting.
