Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a Senior Specialist for Automation & Controls in the Cheyenne Power Hub Project Engineering Team. The role focuses on DCS/FGS design, process control for power generation and transmission facilities, and reviewing contractor deliverables.

The candidate will produce and review PFDs, P&IDs, instrument data sheets, and related control system documentation, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Chemical).
• Professional engineering registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve automation & controls deliverables from EPC contractor.
• Prepare/review PFDs, interlock diagrams, cause and effect diagrams, instrument data sheets, and P&IDs.
• Develop and maintain control system architecture and labelling; oversee drawings and BOMs.
