Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing accurate information about products.
• Onboards and trains new team members as a subject-matter expert for the store.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards and participates in program promotions.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and upholds safety and loss-prevention policies.
