Westwing is seeking a Business Development Manager - Special Sales to lead major commercial events across Westwing Shop from Munich. You will own end-to-end execution for high-impact events like Westwing Birthday, January Sale, and Advent Calendar, coordinating across merchandising, pricing, and marketing to maximize value.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in e-commerce or consulting, strong project management, and a hands-on, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in e-commerce, business development, or consulting.
• Strong project management expertise with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Hands-on mindset combining strategic problem-solving with execution and measurable results.
• Advanced analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights (Excel essential; SQL/BI a plus).
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to build trust across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of key commercial sales events to boost CLV and repeat purchases.
• Coordinate on-site promotional activities across product selection, pricing, and merchandising.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on promotional performance to evaluate event effectiveness.
• Develop concepts for future sales events using data, trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Pricing teams for a unified approach.
• Test new formats and improve planning and execution processes.
