Job summary

Westwing is seeking a Brand Partner Manager / Brand Buyer to drive premium Home & Living partnerships across international markets. The role focuses on building strong brand relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and growing turnover through strategic assortment decisions.

Based in Munich with a hybrid setup, you will collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category teams to optimise commercial performance and deliver a standout customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with strong analytical background.
• Experience in Buying, Category Management, or Key Account Management is required (2–3 years preferred).
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international premium brand partners.
• Negotiate and secure competitive commercial terms, marketing agreements, and access to attractive product assortments.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives with brand partners to grow turnover and performance.
• Analyse buying performance, sales trends, and key KPIs to derive actionable insights for strategic decisions.
