Job summary

Prime Electric in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of electrical construction projects from initiation to closure, ensuring safety, budget adherence, high-quality workmanship, and timely delivery.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage scope and resources, prepare estimates, and drive change orders while maintaining a strong safety program and onsite leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; 5+ years electrical PM experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles.
• Proficiency with Accubid Estimating systems.
• Experience with integrated job cost systems and budgeting.
• Experience with design-build delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on work procurement and identify new project opportunities.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure and ensure safety and budget adherence.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Communicate expectations to team members and serve as a mediator between them.
• Manage changes via change order forms and document approvals.
• Lead and motivate the project team to a high-performance environment.
• Uphold PRIME Safety Program and onsite presence.
