The Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Special Projects Manager to directly support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). You will lead critical cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion, allowing the COO to focus strategically on growing the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage and drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, clear accountability, and timely delivery against objectives.

  • Ownership & Follow-Through: Receive delegated tasks and consistently deliver results independently, providing peace of mind that projects are completed thoroughly and reliably.

  • Strategic Execution: Partner with the COO to translate high-level strategic goals into clear, actionable steps and measurable outcomes.

  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a central point of communication between the COO and internal teams, ensuring clarity and cohesion across departments.

  • Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies, propose practical solutions, and lead efforts to improve overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally including roles as a Chief of Staff, Special Projects Manager, or similar senior-executive support function.

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related analytical discipline required; MBA strongly .

  • Prior experience or familiarity with revenue operations, enterprise software, SaaS, or related fields.

  • Proficiency with modern project management methodologies and software tools.
