About the Role

Figma is seeking a talented and experienced Equity Administration professional to join its growing Equity Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Equity Administration, this role will facilitate and scale Figma's equity incentive programs, managing daily equity plan activities such as option exercises and monthly RSU releases. You will collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, People Ops, and Legal teams to improve processes and ensure data integrity.

This is a full-time role that can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process equity transactions including stock option exercises and RSU releases.
2. Manage and reconcile system integrations between Shareworks and Workday for accurate data.
3. Develop and document process improvements for equity administration.
4. Collaborate with payroll and external consultants for transaction reporting.
5. Maintain documentation for SOX compliance.
6. Address employee inquiries and provide education on equity programs.
7. Generate reports and handle data requests.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years in equity administration, at private and public companies preferred.
2. Proficiency with Excel, G-Suite, reconciliation, and data analysis.
3. High attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
5. Understanding of global equity tax reporting and withholding.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with Morgan Stanley at Work Shareworks.
2. Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
3. Knowledge of equity tax mobility.

Pay Transparency & Benefits

In SF/NY hubs, the annual base salary ranges from $102,000 to $215,000 USD, with compensation based on qualifications, market, and location. We offer equity, health benefits, retirement plans, parental leave, wellness programs, PTO, stipends, and more. Details vary by location and are subject to change.
