Summary
The Field Operations Manager – Southwest (FOM – California) is the primary point of contact for all CSN Collision locations within the region. Reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, this role collaborates with team members and other departments to support the growth and operational excellence of CSN Collision stores by leveraging the CSN Collision System, which includes operational support tools, marketing tools, and partnership expansion with insurers, OEMs, and vendors.
- Serve as the main contact for CSN Collision stores in California, with potential support for surrounding states as the store count increases.
- Understand store needs and coordinate with the Director of Field Operations or other departments to address these needs.
- Conduct quarterly FOCUS Meetings with each store to review business performance, system utilization, new initiatives, and resolve issues, setting strategic action items with timelines.
- Host regional meetings twice a year to foster collaboration and strategic planning.
- Work with the Director of Field Operations to develop strategies that maximize the benefits of the CSN Collision System and support their execution.
- Address and resolve store concerns and high-urgency issues, escalating complex cases as needed and assisting with case management and audits.
- Support training development and contribute as a subject matter expert to the Training and Development Team.
- Report on progress, activities, challenges, KPI performance, and tactical plan execution through direct reports and CRM systems.
Requirements
Work Experience, Education, and Qualifications
- Minimum five years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
- Post-secondary education in business or a related collision repair field.
- Completion of recent professional development courses (e.g., I-Car, AMI, Betag) in management, leadership, or industry topics.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Travel Requirements
- Travel to stores, industry events, training sessions, and semi-annual meetings at the head office in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
- Estimated travel of 25-35 days annually with overnight stays.
- Work remotely with access to a personal vehicle (vehicle allowance provided).
