EDSI in Katy, TX is seeking a Special Programs Coordinator for the Choices, SNAP, RESEA and Call Center to lead cross-project initiatives under the guidance of Area Managers. You will collaborate with funders and stakeholders, define project requirements, and track engagement and outcomes for each project.

The role emphasizes planning, outreach, case management, and workshop facilitation services, with travel up to 50%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Use language reflective of a commitment to diversity; demonstrate cultural competence.
• Prior experience in case management, facilitation, and project management preferred.
• Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent writing and proofing skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with area managers on project requirements, scope and objectives, and review outcomes.
• Maintain partnership with funders by attending meetings and communicating proactively.
• Support planning and budgeting discussions for each project or initiative.
• Schedule meetings with leadership to ensure program goals are met or exceeded.
• Monitor project progress and address changes in project plans.
• Data tracking of services and utilization of state systems.
• Travel up to 50% and assist with special projects as requested.
