Job summary

Harmony School of Excellence - Katy in Elyson seeks a Special Programs Case Manager to coordinate SPED, 504 and Dyslexia programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state and district requirements and effective instruction per IEPs and 504 plans.

The role manages ARD/504 meetings, supports teachers, collaborates with campus staff, and maintains confidential student records while promoting timely communication with parents and district partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of special education teaching experience (Preferred).
• Valid Texas Educator Certification with required SPED endorsement (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Understands and supports Harmony Public Schools' mission and values.
• Manages IEP and 504 processes, documentation, and compliance for campus(es).
• Plans and facilitates ARD/504 meetings and serves on ARD/504 committee.
• Maintains confidentiality and communicates with parents, students, and staff.
