Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a health care field with 1 year of full-time health care experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in health care or related field with 2 years of full-time health care experience.
• Satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and experience with at least a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Consult with medical staff to plan and coordinate joint patient and management objectives.
• Provide administrative supervision for a health service program.
• Plan, develop, and conduct staff training and ensure use of new equipment.
• Allocate staff based on workload and resources.
• Coordinates research projects and conducts studies to evaluate rehabilitative programs.
• Direct the processing of orders for equipment and supplies for patients.
• Clarify ambiguities with staff and secure necessary documentation and certification.
• Ensure compliance policies are current and followed.
• Supervise office administration and record-keeping activities.
• Supervise employee performance and development in areas of responsibility.
• Prepare and publish operational manuals and procedures.
• Apply ICARE values in daily operations.
• May supervise studies and recommend system/process improvements.
