Ring's End, Inc. seeks a detail‑oriented Special Orders Associate / Phone Operator Support in Darien, CT. You will ensure accurate order flow, coordinate with customers, sales staff, and vendors, and prepare paperwork for delivery.

The role includes managing UPS/FedEx processing, maintaining documentation, and providing phone coverage; every other Saturday, you serve as the primary Phone Operator, supporting smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate IQ and vendor/internal systems accurately.
• Basic math to verify pricing and order confirmations.
• Strong organization to file orders and manage shipments.

Responsibilities

• Keep order flow accurate, organized and moving smoothly.
• Notify customers when materials arrive and verify order accuracy.
• Organize incoming shipments and prepare delivery paperwork.
• Support UPS/FedEx processing and maintain documentation.
• Provide Phone Operator coverage and direct calls to the right departments.
• Serve as primary Phone Operator every other Saturday.
