Ring's End, Inc. in Darien, CT is seeking a determined Special Orders associate / Phone Operator support to keep our retail operations running smoothly.

You will ensure order flow is accurate, organized, and moving, acting as the connection between customers, sales staff, vendors, and delivery drivers. Your day blends communication, coordination, and order management, including notifying customers of arrivals, verifying pricing, organizing shipments, and maintaining documentation for delivery

Qualifications

• Adaptability to change and shifting priorities.
• Strong communication when contacting customers, coordinating with staff, and providing phone coverage.
• Ability to navigate IQ, vendor platforms, and internal order-processing systems with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized order flow from special orders.
• Notify customers when materials arrive and verify order accuracy in IQ.
• Coordinate shipments, prepare delivery paperwork, and support UPS/FedEx processing.
