The Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker at KBR, Inc. will support the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program for Special Operations soldiers and their families at Cannon AFB, NM. Qualifications

• Citizenship or permanent residency required (U.S.)
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
• MSW or equivalent degree from CSWE-accredited program
• Current, unrestricted clinical license to practice social work in US territories
• Credentialing in good standing at local MTF
• 2+ years clinical social work experience
• Knowledge of professional standards and ethics in clinical social work
• Experience in brief behavioral interventions

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings
• Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in behavioral health/social work
• Consult with medical, legal, military authorities and school districts as required
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports
• Possibly supervise unlicensed providers or trainees
• Participate in required DoD/service training and manage treatment adherence
• Communicate treatment options to patients and manage records
