Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join the team serving service members and their families under POTFF, to optimize mission readiness through holistic health programs in Southern Pines, NC.

The role requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, ability to obtain Secret clearance, and a CSWE-accredited MSW with an active clinical license; at least two years of clinical social work in mental health. Relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent from CSWE-accredited program.
• Maintain an unrestricted license to practice social work in any U.S. state/territory.
• Minimum of two years peer-reviewed clinical social work experience in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrate knowledge of professional standards and ethics in clinical social work.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health/organizational social work.
• Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and school districts as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and produce reports of evaluation and/or treatment.
• Provide clinical supervision of unlicensed providers or trainees.
• Perform required training and duties, including case management as needed.
