Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join the POTFF contract at Cannon AFB, NM. This role integrates physical, mental and psychological wellness for service members and families, using evidence-based social work therapies to assess, diagnose, and treat conditions in an operational setting.

Applicants should hold an MSW (CSWE-accredited), an active license, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, and be able to obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident status required.
• Must hold an active clinical license to practice social work in the U.S.
• Two years of peer-reviewable clinical social work experience in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct clinical research and investigations in behavioral health social work.
• Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders, and school districts as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and produce evaluation/treatment reports.
• Participate in military-specific training; may supervise unlicensed providers.
• Perform case management and ensure treatment adherence where needed.
