Job summary

Peraton is seeking an IT Specialist to support SITEC-3 operations at Camp H.M. Smith, HI. The role focuses on Tier 1/2 network support, administration of IT systems, and IT service management tasks to ensure continuous operations for USSOCOM customers.

Applicants should have a DoD TS/SCI clearance, IAT II certification, and substantial experience in help desk leadership, PC deployment, software licensing, and data migrations. On-site shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoDD 01-M IAT II certification required.
• Experience leading help desks in multi-user environments.
• Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 network support.
• Administer network and communications systems.
• Create tickets in ITSM tool and troubleshoot issues.
• Install and configure PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Maintain software inventory and licensing; perform data migrations.
• Support IT projects, incidents, and changes; escalate as needed.
