Job summary

Peraton seeks an IT Specialist to support the SITEC3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance contract at Camp H.M. Smith, HI. The role covers Tier 1/2 network support, end-user device management, incident response and daily IT operations for USSOCOM and allied components.

The position requires strong technical skills across network protocols, software, and hardware, plus DoD-level clearance and customer-focused service delivery. Non-standard hours may apply to support the mission.

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoDD 01-M IAT II certification required.
• Background in information systems development, network operations and client/server applications.
• Experience managing a multi-user help desk and leading support staff.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a positive customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tickets in ITSM system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; provide timely updates.
• Assist end users with desktop, laptop, and mobile device setup and support.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
• Maintain inventory, licensing, and asset management for IT systems.
• Perform imaging, data migration, and CAC/Token related tasks.
• Support network and security access; provide CSfC kit support.
